Float downstream through the jungle by kayak toward the Caribbean, passing through indigenous Guna territory.

7-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Panama City: Arrival
Arrive in Panama City and transfer to a boutique hotel in Casco Viejo. Welcome dinner hosted by the CEO and Development Director of MVP.
Day 2 — Pacific Lowlands: Bike to Casa Viva
After bike fitting and gear checks, we ride through quiet rural roads eastward into Panama. Jungle swim and lunch en route. The day ends at Casa Viva, MVP’s off-grid rainforest lodge, with a chef-prepared dinner.
Day 3 — Continental Divide Trek & River Camp
A guided trek toward the Continental Divide through pristine primary and secondary forest. Afternoon kayak launch onto the river, floating downstream to a secluded wilderness camp.

Day 4 — River Journey & Guna Community
Trekking and kayaking through the rainforest toward a remote indigenous Guna village. Time with community members, a shared meal, and gift presentation.
Day 5 — Caribbean Arrival & Island Escape
The trail and river deliver us to the Caribbean. Transfer by boat to a Guna island for swimming, relaxing, and dinner by the sea.


Day 6 — Guna Islands (San Blas) → Panama City
Slow island morning, breakfast, and free time. Return by boat to the mainland and transfer to Casco Viejo for a farewell dinner.
Day 7 — Departure
Breakfast and private transfer to the airport.
