The Mamoní Conservation Alliance, active since 2006, unites organizations, businesses, and local communities to restore a crucial but degraded ecosystem.

The Mamoní Valley Preserve, plus all allies, cover almost 12,300 acres of the 30,000 acres of upper Mamoní Valley.

The Mamoní Conservation Alliance is a conservation initiative that has been working and collaborating since 2006 with environmentally responsible organizations, businesses, creative individuals, local communities, and public institutions to restore a highly degraded but globally critical ecosystem.

The Mamoní Valley Preserve, plus all Allies, cover almost 12,300 acres of the almost 30,000 acres of upper Mamoní Valley, and the pledgers are responsible for the conservation and monitoring of the forest cover to protect the Valley and promote a sustainable living for the existing communities.

MVP is committed to fostering ongoing cooperation with Alliance members through monthly meetings and local events designed to promote valley-wide conservation efforts, while collaborating on securing grants to support these initiatives and increase community involvement.
