Will is President and founder of RiverBirch Executive Advisors, providing strategic planning and executive coaching services to CEOs and leadership teams of purpose driven companies and select non-profits.
Prior to coaching, he was President and CEO of JFNew, a leading ecological consulting and restoration firm with a native plant nursery, based out of Northern Indiana. Will worked with JFNew’s entrepreneur and founder to lead the company’s growth from one office and $400,000 in revenue to 8 offices in 5 states and $20,000,000 in revenue.
In addition to his business management and leadership background, Will’s passions align with environmental conservation, local food, and indigenous justice issues. His free time is focused on wildlife habitat management and ecological restoration on his 175 acre conservation property in northern Indiana, as well as canoeing, hunting, fly fishing and other outdoor activities. He has planted 75,000 trees on his way to a life goal of 100,000.
Will is past Chair of the board of The Nature Conservancy Indiana Chapter and is active in 1% for the Planet.
Education background: A degree in Finance from Indiana University School of Business.
